EB3-1 Green card approved

New card is being produced on July/23/2025. PD is Jan/09/2023 ROW (Japan) No RFE. Interview was waived. The waiting period is stressful but it won’t last forever.

2nd RFE request

Hi, I just received a message that USCIS sent me today a RFE. I already submitted a medical RFE and until today it was showing RFE was received. My husband (he is the main applicant) got a message New Card is being produced. Anyone has any idea what could possible be this second RFE they’ve sent me? My PD April 2021

vawa “new card is being produced” for 4 days

For last 4 days I am seeing vawa status “new card is being produced”. What does this mean? is Vawa approved ? Am I getting C31 EAD? Why doesn’t status show case approved ? Anyone with same experience? #vawa #360 update:- status shows they have mailed me the card. but no tracking available for the card. 😂
