I was scheduled for interview, Marriage based I-485 on late August 2025. PD: I-485 April 14th 2025 I had also EAD application in place, but the interview was scheduled and EAD is still pending.

Interview completed, officer said RFE would be issued — no updates for over a month

Hi, I had my green card interview more than a month ago. During the interview, the officer said I would receive a Request for Evidence (RFE). I uploaded the requested documents to my USCIS account on the same day, right after the interview. However, I haven’t received any official RFE nothing by mail, no message in my account, and no document under the “Documents” tab. The case status is still stuck on “Interview Was Scheduled.” Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I just wait, or try calling USCIS?

Got my Green Card and i-730 approval

Hey everyone, got my green card finally and I 730 approval letter within US for my wife after interview in Brookyn field office. Waiting for RTD now! - I just wanted to tell you that you should not fully trust to USCIS online tracking system as well as a ranking system here in lawfully app. I didn’t even know that my interview was scheduled and didn’t see approval even after got my approval letters in the mailbox. if you did not have your biometrics fingerprints taken no worries if you get invited to the interview , the officer will take it in her room. She has everything for that. make sure your mailing addresses are consistent with them and your attorney. Good luck you all!

Finally my interview was scheduled after contacting senator office for expedite 😍i-485 ir1 submitted 24march2025,actively reviewing 28march2025 and 15july2025 interview scheduled for 28august2025.I hope soon everyone get their green card and putting an end in this difficult journey 🙏🏻

My Vawa base I -485 interview

My interview was scheduled for Wednesday July 9, 2025, @8am at the USCIS Minneapolis office. My lawyer and I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. At 8am, when it was time to meet the interviewer, were told by a USCIS staff that they tried contacting my lawyer two weeks ago through email and text that we weren't to turn out yesterday. Immediately, my lawyer told them that he didn't received any communications of such through any of the mediums mentioned. now they talking about rescheduling. This is sad.
