card mailed to me without tracking number

hello everyone, I hope y’all doing great today. Is there anyone who recently has their I485 or green card approved? how long did it take to get your card? the last update on my case was “card was mailed to me” since 12 days ago, I didn’t receive a tracking number,y attorney hasn’t recieved the card yet. I’ve called uscis office severally without success and the agent I spoke with yesterday escalated the issue to a tier two officer, and told me to expect a call from an officer soon. Did anyone else experience this situation? #greencard #vawa #I-360

card was mailed to me I just want to ask if any of you'll have been in this situation. Card was mailed to me in the first week of the year and until today I haven't received it. Called uscis got the tracking number and shows "in transit arriving late". I went to local post office with the tracking number to see if they can help but it was useless. Out of this frustration I called uscis again telling them about this mess, and they said to wait until next two weeks if not give them a call. My mail is not showing any update after it was departed from Knoxville, Tennessee on 4 Jan. Anyone in the same situation??? Please share your thoughts
