Approved i130 -Spouse (California Service Center)
I hope the following info will help those who are waiting for approval of i130 or going to apply for i130.
February 10, 2024 (We received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and sent you a receipt notice).
April 28, 2025 (We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.)(approval letter was in document section.
April 29, 2025 (Case Approved)
May 2, 2025 (Case Was Sent To The Department of State)
May 2, 2025 - I just got welcome email from NVC and just paid the fees.
May 8, 2025 - Submitted all documents to NVC (CEAC)
May 19, 2025 - All required applicant documents have been received and approved.

I765 WITHOUT SSN
Atenttion
it’s brand new notice
When you receive the I765 approval, you have to apply separately for you SSN.
The SSA is not longer producing SSN along side with USCIS.
We applied for the SSN in our 765 Form, last year.
and the SSA Officer said that they are not producing based on Uscis approval since 1 month ago…
So you need to schedule an appointment after you got your EAD Card.

Hello everyone, I would appreciate your comments if anybody has a recent experience with USCIS home visit before/after interview and if they needed to go for the interview although the step was compmeletd in their processing time in online #USCIS acount?
