I hope the following info will help those who are waiting for approval of i130 or going to apply for i130.
February 10, 2024 (We received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and sent you a receipt notice).
April 28, 2025 (We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time.)(approval letter was in document section.
April 29, 2025 (Case Approved)
May 2, 2025 (Case Was Sent To The Department of State)
May 2, 2025 - I just got welcome email from NVC and just paid the fees.
May 8, 2025 - Submitted all documents to NVC (CEAC)
May 19, 2025 - All required applicant documents have been received and approved.

@om Khan may I ask where is your spouse or beneficiary from? how long did it take to get approval after it was actively being reviewed. Just curious my receipt date is may 17 2024 and my progress shows 1 week now.

@n h, my appproval took almost like 15 months as mentioned above . My spouse is from Pakistan.
