VAWA Greencard Interview after multiple expedite requests.
Hello everyone, I received a letter from USCIS requesting an interview following my request to expedite my green card application due to hardship and humanitarian reasons. My VAWA was approved last year June and medcal was received by USCIS in August. What should I prepare for this interview? I got my Interview after approvals of I-140, I-131 and I-765
Hi everyone. Me and my wife got the interview notice at the NY Federal Plaza on 04/30/2024. Everybody says that we'll have approvals after interview but I think they might see something wrong or consider non-eligible. I am still working with the same employer and living at the same address. I had Tourist visa and then E-1 and now Employment Based Green Card from the same employer. My wife is pregnant and hopefully we are waiting a baby. While this interview process make us nervous, I hope everything goes well. Finger crossed.
