VAWA Greencard Interview after multiple expedite requests.
Hello everyone, I received a letter from USCIS requesting an interview following my request to expedite my green card application due to hardship and humanitarian reasons. My VAWA was approved last year June and medcal was received by USCIS in August. What should I prepare for this interview? Any advice or tips from those who have gone through a similar process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your suggestions and guidance. #VAWA #GREENCARD #I-485 #INTERVIEW

@Ola Ola congratulations and good luck, just go through your i485 application, it’s just yes and no questions was asked when I did mine. I’m praying it’s the same with you. just go with confidence and claim it done in Jesus name

@Ola Ola . you’re interview notice should tell you what to bring with you. I brought all the documents my lawyer submitted with my case, and everything I got from uscis original and copies

@Tash B : what did they ask on your interview? did you submit medical RFE before interview or take it by yourself? my 485 is now in FO , I am waiting for an update?

pretty long time it's taking. if after interview USCIS will still taking long time you can sue USCIS for a delayed case, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

I’m like a month behind you with my time frame….please keep us updated with your interview….how it was….all the people saying the same about interviews….mostly just yes or no questions from the I-485 form and regular questions like names,birth dates,how I know they’re not asking anything about your suffering/abuse….if I will have an interview, will bring all the documents what we’re submitted with my lawyer and the documents/receipts what we received from them (original and copy)…good luck to you…everything will be fine!!!!You are very close to the end of your journey!!..you will be good 👍🙏😊

@2022 filer Less than 12hours, I did e request for the third time around 12:22 am that day and the next morning my interview letter was sent out.
