Sandy Blazar advises and represents clients nationwide in U.S. immigration matters. Her practice includes achievement-based immigration matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1), family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization and citizenship matters, inadmissibility waivers, and cases involving complicated immigration histories, prior filings, inconsistent records, good moral character questions, or other eligibility concerns.
