I came here on an F-1 student visa, and I am proud to call America my home. I completed my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and went on to earn my Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, I had the opportunity to serve on Law Review, was involved in the Poverty Law Society, and worked with the Death Penalty team at the Oklahoma Public Defender's Office — experiences that deepened my commitment to advocacy for people who need it most. Before founding this firm, I trained at established immigration practices in Washington State and San Francisco, where I handled both transactional matters and litigation, including appearances before the EOIR in asylum and removal proceedings. My practice covers H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, PERM, and other employment-based and investor immigration matters, alongside marriage-based cases including adjustment of status, consular processing, I-751 removal of conditions, and I-601/I-601A waivers. I particularly welcome consultation questions on H-1B, EB-1A/NIW, and complex marriage-based cases involving prior overstays, denials, or enforcement-related concerns under current USCIS priorities.
