I am an American Citizen, Canadian Citizen, and an OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) holder. I arrived to this country on an F-1 student visa and went through the green card process with my American Citizen wife and law partner. I can truly appreciate how stressful it is for immigrants going through the green card journey. My practice focuses on the immigration needs of employers and employees spanning across multiple industries including technology, real estate, finance, energy, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, logistics and multi-media. I work with human resource managers in obtaining temporary and permanent (green card) visas for business, scientific, managerial and executive personnel. I have extensive experience with all work-related visa classifications (H-1B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, J-1, TN, O, P). I am able to provide unique and innovative strategic guidance on immigration and its affects on the employer/employee relationship. Prior to opening the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, I worked on complex transactional immigration matters ranging from family-based immigration (including waivers) to VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) based immigration in Washington State. I then gained further experience at an internationally recognized Human Rights and Asylum law firm in San Francisco, California, appearing before the EOIR. I run a technology Driven Full-Service Immigration Law Firm. We help start-ups, multinational companies, investors, families, athletes, artists, and other individuals navigate the immigration process. Our method is simple, individualized, and effective.
