I am founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, immigration firm serving clients nationwide. I am a dual U.S.–Canada citizen with OCI status in India. I came to this country on an F-1 visa to attend law school on a near free ride. I was on law review and graduated at the top of my class. Like most of my clients, I was not born in this country, but I am proud to call it my home. I took the time to learn and master the language. I've spent a majority of my life traveling between borders and engaging with officers, without fear. I know what it feels like to be in the hot seat. I understand the anxiety. Outside of immigration I have worked at the public defender's office in oklahoma city, on the Capital Punishment division (Death Penalty cases). My focus now is on employment-based and investor immigration, while also handling family, asylum, and removal matters. my experience includes EB-5, H-1B, O-1, PERM, and complex humanitarian cases.
