Discounted & Private call recordings: https://www.gandhiimmigration.com/ I am the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, an immigration firm serving clients nationwide. I am a dual U.S.–Canada citizen with OCI status in India. Like many of my clients, I was not born in this country. I came here on an F-1 student visa, and I am proud to call America my home. I understand firsthand what it means to navigate immigration — the paperwork, the uncertainty, the moments of sitting across from an officer and hoping everything goes right. That experience shapes how I show up for every client. I completed my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and went on to earn my Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, I had the opportunity to serve on Law Review, was involved in the Poverty Law Society, and worked with the Death Penalty team at the Oklahoma Public Defender's Office — experiences that deepened my commitment to advocacy for people who need it most. Before founding this firm, I trained at established immigration practices in Washington State and San Francisco, where I handled both transactional matters and litigation, including appearances before the EOIR in asylum and removal proceedings. My practice today focuses primarily on employment-based and investor immigration, while also serving clients in family, asylum, and removal cases. That includes EB-5, H-1B, O-1, PERM, and complex humanitarian matters.
