I am an Immigration attorney with more than 18 years of legal experience focused primarily on employment-based immigration issues for immigrant and non-immigrant visas. I have successfully filed many immigrant (EB1, EB2 and EB3) and nonimmigrant (O1, E1/E2, H-1B, TN and L1) visas.
