Finally! Alhamdulillah!
After exactly 11 months we saw the light at the end of the tunnel. We received an RFE on the 31st and I replied immediately the same day. Today I received a notification that status has been changed to actively being reviewed the second time and when I checked my account I found the approval letter. So happy and relieved. I wish everyone best of luck and hope you will all receive this great news soon! Now I’m off to the next step. NVC

Sep 1 got an update “New Card is being produced”.
Likely will be a combo card cuz the status of 131 changed to “fingerprint” which I did in October 2021. But let’s see. Waitibg for I-140 now.

No departure records on I 94 (Refused at embassy)
Hello Family,
I went for my consulate interview and the consular said there is a hit on my name so washington has to clear the hit, and I will hear from them in weeks. She kept my passport. She asked me when I left the US, and I told her August 2020. She said it appears I never left. When I got home I Checked my I 94 and it appears I don’t have a departure records only arrival.
I checked my CEAC and it says refused.
Please anyone with similar experience or any advice?
