Filed in Aug 2021, based on NIW.
In march filed expedite. Denied
Sep 1 got an update “New Card is being produced”.
Likely will be a combo card cuz the status of 131 changed to “fingerprint” which I did in October 2021. But let’s see. Waitibg for I-140 now.

Yes. It is a combo card. I got it approved on 1st and received in my mail box on 10th
