Job change after green card
does anyone here know about changing jobs after receiving the green card? a lot of people are saying to stay with the employer for at least 180 days post green card approval, but there are no such conditions attached to the green card by USCIS. and if they are worried about fraudulence, then why can’t we just show our tax documents, pay stubs, offer letter, etc?
I thought the goal was to have same rights as citizens besides voting and travel restrictions. so this doesn’t add up. someone please enlighten me. Thanks!

Pakistan interviews spouse visa
has anyone gotten an interview letter yet?
dude Bangladesh is way faster than Pakistan
this girl got married at the end of December 2020 and her husband is already here
I’ve applied for my Husband around the same time prob 2 months after this girl and still hubby is just DQ no interview yet. I’m assuming Bangladesh isn’t as backlogged as Pakistan 😭😭😭 they need to speed things up. I’m fed up of long distance.

hello guys, my i130 got approved on August 5th, and USCIS says i will receive the approval notice by September 4th which i have not received yet, but online on the approval letter it says i will have to submit an i824, my dependent lives overseas so should i wait for the i797c notice of approval before doing anything else? or what could i do? recommendation please

The dependent applicant case still showing that " case was transfered and a new office has jurisdiction ".
Anyone with EB2 NIW is/was in the same situation? How long it took to update for dependent? Thank you!

July 29 Case transferred to NBC
August 8 - received RFE medical
August 10 - I-765 approved
August 24 - sent medical to Atlanta field office
September 4 - I 485 approved " new card is produced"

Good morning everyone, yesterday I got a notification that uscis is actively reviewing my case for the first time after 22 months, checked documents and found approval letter Alhamduallah. The case is not updated to approved yet in uscis website, do you think they will send it to NVC or it has to be changed first? Good luck everyone!
