No departure records on I 94 (Refused at embassy)
Hello Family,
I went for my consulate interview and the consular said there is a hit on my name so washington has to clear the hit, and I will hear from them in weeks. She kept my passport. She asked me when I left the US, and I told her August 2020. She said it appears I never left. When I got home I Checked my I 94 and it appears I don’t have a departure records only arrival.
I checked my CEAC and it says refused.
Please anyone with similar experience or any advice?

people that were DQ since Feb/March 2021 are now getting interviews for Sep-oct 2022
why the hell is it so backlogged how is that fair for them to keep us away from our spouses/families for so long. at this rate it’s gonna take Atleast a few months to a year for those of us who just got DQ to get interview letters .. this is really absurd and depressing no hope left but to pray that things will speed up InshaAllah 😭💔

After 14 months approx, it’s finally approved. Just wanted to update you guys. I guess patient is the key. i learned that the hard way. i pray yours gets approval asap.

had my interview done today and I got approved I answered 6 questions correctly and the interviewer stopped to the next test which was reading .. it has all been so easy from 2yr , 10yrs and citizenship
my 2yrs green card was less than 3 months
my 10yrs was about 9months
and my citizenship was 3months and few days
all my process was so fast and easy .. I’m happy i pray everyone on this platform get theirs too easily amen

hello lawfully!im happy and what a journey was for me !! after filling on September 2021 I got interview on March 2022but I couldn’t make on time due to car problem we arrived late but at least we showed up and explain the problem .they rescheduled.waiting time was 4 months . Rescheduled interview was August 30th 2 days before the interview I BROKED MY ANKLE ! oh my GOD … I said to my doctor that I need to go to interview and after that we can do a surgery.

My application was moved from Texas to NBC on Aug2. I connected with live agent and found that my Field office is Nashville TN(Transferred on Aug 19) which is not my local field office.
Does anyone know how long will it take to get the decision from FO Nashville?
