congratulations guys! what evidences did you submit with your application? also is this conditional or ten year GC?

it’s a 2 year conditional card. The last RFE was all the stuff we would have had to bring to the interview…..copy of marriage certificate, copy of divorces, proof our marriage is valid (photos, I submitted health insurance card, auto insurance card, a copy of the credit card that I put him on, and pictures because that’s all we have. We didn’t get the Social Security card when he got here because they said it was not enough time before his visa expired. He came on a K-1 visa.
The 1st RFE was medical, even though we had just done a medical for the K-1 and Guyana. They wanted required vaccinations including the US Covid vaccine and whooping cough.

we didn’t have to have the booster. But he was vaccinated in Cuba and the USA doesn’t recognize the Cuban vaccine as being valid. So they required a WHO approved brand of vaccine - that was our first RFE.
