Finally! Alhamdulillah!
After exactly 11 months we saw the light at the end of the tunnel. We received an RFE on the 31st and I replied immediately the same day. Today I received a notification that status has been changed to actively being reviewed the second time and when I checked my account I found the approval letter. So happy and relieved. I wish everyone best of luck and hope you will all receive this great news soon! Now I’m off to the next step. NVC

you can call uscis and say that you would like to request to expedite petition i-130..i read somewhere that you can do it through emma..but I wasn’t able to..

they made a mistake on the rfe..they asked for the translation of my marriage certificate..but I sent them an international certificate and they didn’t notice that it was translated on the back side of document

This is very encouraging, thank you. I filed on Nov 5 2021 and got transferred to the Vermont center, so hopefully it will be done soon!
