expedited 4 times, what worked was a humanitarian expedite request through Senator it got turned around within 24 hours to being approved once they faxed the request.

I just want to share my update. Yesterday, I received notices that I had been approved for both my I130 and I485 cases and I am so excited. God did the unthinkable for me. Help with I-824 form after I-130 approval
I am in a situation where I have to file I-824. Is it better to file with a lawyer? Also, in the form, I just need to file as petitioner, provide my wife’s info in part 3 principal beneficiary, and select 1d in section 2. Is that right? I just want to ensure I don’t miss anything. I am assuming the dependents section in part 3 is only if you have kids. #I-130 #I-824
what's wrong with I-824?
my I130 case has approved 1 month ago,but following approval notice, uscis wants us sending I824 approval form to send it to nvc,
anyway we sent it by post without paying money.do we have to pay money for 824???
some where I heared it is an error of uscis for this notice!
