I think that’s correct I’m waiting approval for I-130 but I pre fill the I-824 do you know how long it take to approve I-824

it can take minimum of 3 months and can go anywhere from 6-8+ months. So, I am worried

Not sure where to even send the letter. Waiting for 17 months just to transfer to NVC is ridiculous. I don’t even know if there’s anything that can be done to avoid this

I sent 824 without paying money!my lawer said that

they won’t process it without the $465 I’m waiting approval transfer

they are not going to process without the payment please talk to your attorney. and yes waiting for long 17 months just to get a transfer in nvc. I’m so pissed now

my lawyer said i-824 is a least priority form so they usually don’t attend to those often, I been waiting since November 2020 just to get approved to go to nvc stage which that can take a while too

that’s so ridiculous 14month for I-130 approval and another 17month for I-824 and god know how long for NVC interview.
