I know someone who was approved in 11 months

was it the I-360 that was approved or the ead?

@favor, no it is not compulsory, but they advise to file all together, i guess to save time.

@favor, I beleive you can send them to the same adress but am not sure how the process works if you chose to send them separately from i-360.. since i sent mines all at the same time I am not comfortable in advising you. Maybe someone who has an experience in sending the forms separately from i-360 can help us here and give an insight on how to do it. If someone can share their experience pls. Thank you!

yes all the forms should be sent at Vermont service center. I file vawa September 23,2019 I only got work permit. 33 months and still waiting for vawa to be approved

I would strongly suggest filing everything together. That gives you the insight on what to come and the countdown will kick in immediately

@ Jacob the I-485 and I -765 do they have a particular type I have to fill out ?
