Once I-485 case is approved, how long does it takes to receive the physical GreenCard in the postbox?
While waiting for physical GreenCard to arrive, is it allowed to travel internationally?

My green card was received in the mail 10 days after approval, my spouse received GC exactly 5 days after approval. I would say about 1 to 2 weeks. Now, if you can’t wait you may need to call USCIS and get appointment to visit your FO to have you passport stamped. That can take some time too. Good luck.
