Answer not yet received 60 days after RFE
Hello everyone,
I know these questions keep on coming, but it's really annoying. Received an RFE 60 days ago, MAILED IN the docs a few days after, but I'm yet to receive any acknowledgement / answer.
What's the best way to go from here? Just wait? Call USCIS?, "respond with evidence" ONLINE this time?

hello guys, I’m hoping someone can help answer my question. I am a us citizen, with a us passport. I had a certificate of citizenship which I applied for after I received my us passport. I happened to have lost my certificate of citizenship. I am planning on getting a born abroad birth certificate and passport for my one year old son. Is my us passport enough proof for them to issue one for my son. I have school records and one expired us passport that prove I have lived in the country for over 10 years. any answers are very much appreciated.

I received a letter from the UScis that my I-765 application for work authorization was Denied, reason that my attorney applied for dismissal of my removal proceedings without indicating that my asylum is still in process…….she had to dismiss my removal proceedings because we applied for I130. please what should I do??????

All my forms were approved by USCIS, i130, 485, 765, 131. got my work permit and now waiting for the interview for me and my spouse however, I have now decided to file for Vawa because my spouse is abusive. what can I expect when I get the date for the interview? do I still go to the interview on my own, maybe with the vawa receipt notice, and explain what happened?

Hi friends. i recieved RFE and USCIS need fresh photographs no more than 30 days, and according to guidline photograph criteria, i m confused due to one thing G28, i think i no need new G28 coz i m already with my attorny and i never change my address as well ,any problem if i send only my photographs with RFE original request, can any one helped me plz
