pending case
please I really need a clarification from guys cos my head is exploding after waiting for 2yrs plus,
I received a letter from the UScis that my I-765 application for work authorization was Denied, reason that my attorney applied for dismissal of my removal proceedings without indicating that my asylum is still in process…….she had to dismiss my removal proceedings because we applied for I130. please what should I do??????
