I submitted complete vawa pakage December 2020 and I called uscis telling them I am out of job and expidited through financial Job loss and the necessary documents was sent to them , how soon can I hear back from them

You’re lucky someone talked to you on the phone about wava. They should not be able to access your info since it is sensitive. Normally only a lawyer can call them and you should write a physical letter to VT.

jully T, yes it was a letter I wrote to them explaining my situation , and I included all my necessary documents on the letter , for like 2 month I never heared anything, not until yesterday I just got the update
