What's the longest you've waited between "expedite request approved" and a decision on your case? In my 4 years of dealing with the USCIS, it's never been more than 10 days, but this time 45 days and counting - still no decision. We expedited 131 renewal due to USCIS error. Texas service center.

finally I just got an email saying my expedite request was approved. after 160 days and calling them every week or two, following up and not giving up on it. Hi, so we filed for the I-130 on November 8th, 2023 and put in an expedite request with the local congress representative in January 2024. We hadn’t heard anything since the expedite was put in and decided to call and speak with an agent. The agent informed us that the expedite had been approved in early February but we never received any confirmation of this. Is this normal to happen? Also, if the expedite was truly approved how long can we expect to receive a decision on the case? #expedite #I130
