I-130 – Filed December 2024

Hey everyone! I’m currently waiting on my I-130 (spouse visa) case. My husband is a U.S. citizen and filed the petition for me in December 2024. I received my receipt notice it’s been over 8 months now, and the status still says “Case Was Received” with no updates since then. I’m starting to get a bit anxious, so I just wanted to ask if anyone else who filed around the same time (late December 2024) has seen any movement yet? Would really appreciate hearing your experience. Wishing fast progress for all of us!

No Interview Letter Yet – PD June 15, 2021 (Nebraska Service Center)

Hi, I’m seeking advice or similar experiences. My priority date is June 15, 2021, and my case is with the Nebraska Service Center. It has already been over 4 years, and I still haven’t received any update or interview notice. Is this delay normal? Should I be concerned? Case Type: \[I-485 / I-130 / Employment-based Service Center: Nebraska Category: EB3-other workers PD: June 15, 2021 No RFE received. Case just says “Case Was Received” or “Actively Being Reviewed.” Any advice would be appreciated. Is it time to submit an inquiry or contact a congressman? Thanks in advance.

Finally got decision today [I-751]

4/4 2023 case was received 4/11/2024 case is being actively reviewed by USCIS 3/13/2025 case is being actively reviewed by USCIS 7/8/2025 Card is being produced 7/11/2025 Card Was Produced it's my I-751 timeline. my case was taking over 800days. I was trying to send Email to Congressman/ representative by @C W's advice but I did not send it yet. surprisingly got notice today and it said my card is being produced!

Question for Approval

Hi. My post-OPT (F-1 visa) case was received on April 2, 2025, and I received the receipt notice. However, there hasn’t been any update for 65 days. Does anyone else have a similar case or receipt number? I'm really worried. My OPT start date is June 20, but I’m not sure if I’ll get approved before then.
