What’s the recent timeline to approve i765, marriage based.

PD April 21 anyone waiting for an approval in this category I live in the UK is over four years now, and I have not heard anything since. Since the case was received, they have not looked on that case again.

I-130 – Filed December 2024

Hey everyone! I’m currently waiting on my I-130 (spouse visa) case. My husband is a U.S. citizen and filed the petition for me in December 2024. I received my receipt notice it’s been over 8 months now, and the status still says “Case Was Received” with no updates since then. I’m starting to get a bit anxious, so I just wanted to ask if anyone else who filed around the same time (late December 2024) has seen any movement yet? Would really appreciate hearing your experience. Wishing fast progress for all of us!

Hi, I’m seeking advice or similar experiences. My priority date is June 15, 2021, and my case is with the Nebraska Service Center. It has already been over 4 years, and I still haven’t received any update or interview notice. Is this delay normal? Should I be concerned? Case Type: \[I-485 / I-130 / Employment-based Service Center: Nebraska Category: EB3-other workers PD: June 15, 2021 No RFE received.
