GC approved

Hello Guys, after almost 5 years of waiting I finally received the notification I’ve dreaming for. (case was approved) I am so happy and greatful, but at the same time worried because my husband didn’t have the same luck. I received a RFE for medical about a month ago, but he didn’t. I sent my medical exam last week and today the case was approved. We both wished so much for this day to arrive. It breaks my heart that his case is not moving at the same pace. I am praying he will get his approval soon. Has anyone gone through this?

Update: Case Was Approved

Update: God has done. Our case was approved on May 31. PD: September 27, 2024 Filed I485: October 23, 2024 Approved: May 31, 2025 I am seeing blocks within mine been approved but there's a delay with mine (EB1). Block is MSC2590069. Customer care states the case is still with NBC and has not been transfered. No interview has been scheduled. My PD has always been current. Any recommendation of what I can do? Please advice.

The nightmare is over!

my case was approved this morning during my interview at my local field office. I had the privilege of being interviewed by the nicest officer in the world. he approved me on the spot and gave me a stamp on my passport acknowledging I am a resident in case I need to travel soon! he said my greencard will be in the mail next week. God is good.
