360 as a Widow. case transferred to another office

“On May 9, 2024, we transferred your Form 1-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. “ I submitted my application in March 2023. why did USCIS transferred my case? I thought I-360 as a widow only be handled in Vermont office. Does it mean that I will restart the entire waiting process? Has any of you encountered this situation before? what’s the next move? thank you for sharing your opinions! #i360 #widow

Location change

My I485 is in progress and it was transferred fron TSC to NBC and there was one more status update and current status is‘Case Transferred to another office and new office has Jurisdiction for your case’. My question is- due to my current residence address, it must have been with relavant Field Office. If I change my address within the state, will FO will change again leading to delay?

485 Case transferred to another office.

Hello Folks, today I got another update on my 485 that case has been transferred to another office and that office now have jurisdiction on my case. it will be couple of days before I get that notice as to what's happening to the case. Experienced people, Can you tell me where is the case going and what's the next step ? thanks Bobby
