Although your priority date may be current, your visa number has regressed. This means that your visa number was not allocated within the visa selections through the Department of State. Once allocated/selected, you should proceed to the next step of either an interview or case adjudication. Your case remains pending. The case location is the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. If the office needs something from you they will contact you for further information surrounding the case file. We cannot view each time officers may review your case file due to the processing/security checks that surround the file. The fact it is with an office indicates officers are actively reviewing it. We appreciate your patience while the case is continuing to be worked on. We cannot see each time officers review your case or if it is assigned to any particular officer, particularly due to processing checks that gets ran on the file. If the office needs anything from you we will update your information.

Wait time is over and approval finally came. Receipt block of MSC2390109…with PD of August 2022. My case was also on case remains pending between April 2023 and today. I can answer any questions you all might have and also grateful to this community.

I joined Lawfully late and the timeline is not showing like other app. I wanna meet other Feb 23 cohort! I’ve been stuck at case remains pending since 06/2023 😩 My physical exam was done 11/2022 and wonder if I should reach out to USCIS to see if it needs to be updated 🤔

What happens after Service Request?

Hello! My I-485 has been pending since March 2023 - more than 1 year. MSC239035 block. Live Chat said it’s at NBC. PD Nov 2022 and current in April bulletin. RFE Sent in August 2023 and since then no updates (“we have received the RFE response”). changed to Case Remains Pending then back again to received RFE response. Raised a Service Request for outside of normal processing times (waiting 8 months since Response received) - anyone know what should happen next? thank you!
