idk why I haven’t got any update as yet on my I-765 an it’s been 69 days

timeline for marriage GC

I filed in Sptember 2023 but since October 2023 I have the message “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” but no changes since then. on the other hand, I have asked for an advance parole since my grandfather was very sick, unfortunately he died and the advanced parole never arrived. I am wondering if the advanced parole is affecting my case right now when I don’t need it anymore since he already passed away. does anyone know if I should remove my advance parole request? does this help the greencard process?

Hey everyone! I had my interview May 14th, 2024 and everything went well (they told me right away that we were approved) but they had one issue, they couldn’t find my files! It is still “Case is Being Actively Reviewed by Uscis”. Does anyone went through this?

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS I-130 AOS

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS As of June 2, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE******** On Friday around 2:00 pm I received an email that they had taken action on my son's case, I checked the online account but there was nothing in the documents section nor had the status of the case changed. Today I received another email at 12:30 pm again that they had taken action on the case, and immediately changed the status of the I-130 case to actively reviewed by USCIS, I logged into the online account but nothing in the documents, only the status of the case changed. Asking God that we can soon receive approval.

April 19th, 2024, after 17 months waiting I got an update on the i485. This is the second same update for i485. Can anybody share his/her experience about it ? Thanks
