I just received this notification from USCIS “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. After receiving your application, USCIS is now processing it. Nothing is required from your side at this point. Since the processing time varies depending on visa types, how long this message will stay could differ.” • My interview was already completed on April 14. • This morning (September 15), I received this new notification. I want to ask those of you who also have pending cases: Does this update usually mean something positive (a good sign), or is it just a standard update without much meaning? If anyone has had a similar experience, I would really appreciate hearing your thoughts.

no update on interview

had an interview in the Chicagofield office August 21 (19 days ago), still no decision updates . interview went well, we were only asked 2 questions and the I-485 part. I’m anxious! I’ve been refreshing constantly. the update on there is that case is being actively reviewed by USCIS no outstanding issues for now! I’m so worried it’s taking too long. the interviewer said we should be expecting update 1-2wks but it’s been over 2 wks now

Still no decision for my I-140 case

It's been (555 days) since the last update on my case and now it's at "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" and I don't know why it's taking so long, and also there's NO response from them when I submit an inquiry. second time Case is being actively reviewed?

filed eb3 in feb (pd current) and received case is being actively reviewed soon after the biometrics was done in late feb just received another update over the weekend with case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Is it common to receive multiple active reviews? Does that mean anything?

I previously received the same update on April 21, 2025, and my application is under premium processing. after submitting it on April 19th 2025
