Guys I need your opinion, my green card was going to be delivered yesterday, but USPS could not deliver it and notification as the card will be returned to the sender. Today I went to the post office and they delivered it to me. but my uscis account says that card was returned to USCIS. Today I spoke with Emma to report that I already have the card in my hands so that my USCIS account can be updated, but the agent tells me that there is no problem, that my card will not be deactivated. suggestions?

On June 29, 2023, the Post Office returned your new card for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number ******, to us. We mailed your card to the address you gave us, but the Post Office could not deliver it. The tracking number assigned is ********. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Track a Package section. We will destroy your new card if we do not receive an address update by September 19, 2023 I picked up my card from USPS office , but still this .notification is showing on USCIS website. Is there anything I should have to do ?

EAD returned to USCIS

My EAD card was returned to USCIS because they sent it to a wrong address. USCIS confirmed receipt a day ago. can someone tell me the process to get the card sent again? I know I need to file an e-request, but want to be double sure of the exact one to file. is it “the lost card” e-request? if anyone has detailed help, I would really appreciate the guidance :) #ead #eaddelivery

Card was returned to USCIS (nbc)

on November 27, 2021 my EAD card was returned by USPS to USCIS because of a typo in my zip code by USCIS.. I called USCIS as soon an possible and they told me that it can take up to 30 days for the card to be mailed back to me😭 today, still no updates ! I’m so frustrated, I just want to be able to use my advance parole to visit my family for Christmas 😭
