Hello all, After lurking for a few months here, it is my turn to share my timeline with you with some details. This in an I-485 EB2-1 application SRC221285****, sent with medicals, concurrent filing (I-140, premium processing, I-765 and I-131) for both myself (France) and my dependent (Spain) - married 9 years, 1 kid born in the US. Ph.D, working in academia, paid by employer. Both applications always moved at the same path, and together. No RFE, no interview. This journey has taken me 10 years after I first set foot in this country legally. Can't wait in 5 years to finally become a citizen! (Applications for -765 and I-131 never changed besides "received" notifications) * July 1, 2022 Card was received in the mail (I never got a tracking number even chatting every day since 6/28 with an agent through Emma. It never showed on my USPS Informed delivery either! I checked the mailbox and both cards were there! After checking their tracking number on USPS, they were indeed delivery yesterday. They were accepted by USPS in Kansas City, MO on 6/29) * June 28, 2022 Card Was Mailed To Me * June 27, 2022 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. * June 24, 2022 We ordered your new card. (That is the day on the green card) * May 13, 2022 We transferred your Form I-485 (Went to NYC field office, my field office is Mount Laurel, NJ. An agent told me through Emma, no notification) * April 22, 2022 We transferred your Form I-485 (Went to NBC - I got the notification in the mail.) * April 21, 2022 Your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was transferred to another office for processing. * March 16, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken. I completed the requirement by going back to my home country every summer and every winter break from 2013 to 2018. I kept all reservation emails and plane tickets. Applied for J1 waiver but denied in 2019.)
