Hello everyone, I am in the process of getting a fiancé visa (k1 and k2) and on June 29, 2020, the case started at uscis and was approved on March 6, 2021. I have not received a letter from nvc for more than 4months and nvc does not reply to our email. I do not know what to do ?! Is there a way for me to get to America quickly? And that if we go to Mexico and my fiancé comes from California and gets married, can we convert the fiancé visa into a marriage visa by keeping the term?

hi everyone, i filed F1 student application in March 2020. i gave biometrics in October 2020 and I haven’t head back since then. it’s been 16 month wait and I am super stressed.
the processing time for F1 cases in California is 13.5 - 17.5 months. i would like to expedite my case.
how should I do that and what documents should I submit?
is the chance to get approved higher when i amke an expedite request?

here’s the timeline:
jan2020 - i751 submitted
sep 2020 - bio re use
nov 2020 - n400 filed(after that i751 case transferred to nbc)
July8,2021(today) case approved, still waiting on n400 thou.
happy to answer any questions.
no rfe, no interview, did hire an immigration attorney.

I-821D Initial DACA
Hi, I applied for my friend's daughter on Dec 2020 (pd Dec 30). Received biometrics letter on May 1st for May 27th appt. On the same day, the status on I-765 changed to "actively reviewing" and the following day, 5/28 same status update on the I-821D.
Has anyone received an approval for an initial DACA application? If so, can you please post the timeline of your case? The service center is California btw.

need advice
my brother who is a us citizen filed a i130 for me and it was approved. my spouse who is a lpr says he cant wait for my pd to be current as it would in the next 7 years so he filed i130 . my pd is December 28 2020...ioe...California center. case is actively reviewing since feb 5 2020. will my case take longer because of this. will there be any future problem .i live in jamaica.
California center I751 approved after 20months
Hello everyone...finally my time has come after 20 months of long wait!
Here is my timeline:
-November 5th 2019: case received and a week later 18 months extension received.
-July 2020 Bio reused and applied to case.
-October 1st 2021: online application for N400, 4 days later I751 transferred to NBC
-March 2021 stamp on my passport (2 months before 18 months extension expiration)
-June 29th 2021: New card being produced
No RFE, no interview, no lawyer.

Hey guys just wondering what y’all recommend for me to do. I applied for my first time for DACA on December 16, 2020. USCIS revived my case January 13, 2021 I have not heard anything back from them since then it’s been 6 months and I am just wondering if there’s anything I can do as to a phone number I can contact USCIS to ask them about my case. I want to know about the next step which is my Biometrics appointment since I am a first time applicant. (My case is being processed in the California Service Center)
