PD May 2021
I don’t understand, I see some cases with PD NOV 2020, Jan 2021, March 2021, May 2021 still waiting stuck at NBC with Case Remains Pending (CRP) status, yet people from June 2021 ones are getting approved.. how this works? no idea. please comment your PD year and where your case is at? What status..

it’s random my friend, like Lottery!

Adriano Amorim7h
no, it is not a random it is a 7% limit for country
J
J A7h
it depends on your country of origin, if you get to the limit of 7% even though you are current there is still no visa available for that country
EB-3 Unskilled 7h
@Adriano Amorim @J A how you play lottery, it’s like that. Okay, 7% limit for country, what about if the officer don’t touch and process your case? is it still 7% limit for country? it’s depent on your luck and the officer !

its not lottery you need to read in order to understand. Do the math that is 140k(7%) that is the max visa issuance per country. Now your category is unskilled so that is 10k(7%) that is only 700 visa max per year.

@J A Yes there is 7% country cap but what about people from same country not getting approval in the order of their PD? so it’s about luck as well once you’re current.

@J A if unlucky , USCIS don’t touch your case, then you still waiting forever. Do you understand? That’s why I’m said depend on your luck and USCIS, Lols 😂😂😂
