Our 2-year anniversary is Oct 26, but they scheduled the interview for Oct 23. I think it’s so I don’t get the 10-year card right away. Hopefully no issues🙏🏻 I would appreciate any interview tips

ı think they wanna give the 2 years conditional gc first. as long as I get approved it doesnt matter anyway. wish you the best luck

u already do interview for i130 ??…. make sure u know date in your engagement in where she’s working where she born and all documents necessary

they are so strategic, lol. I’m 101 days post interview. no approval yet. I’ll wait until it reaches 120 days then I see what can be done. but all I can say is be prepared. receipts, pictures, correct answers, shared bills, phone, lease, insurance etc

I was hoping that they would wait until November 1st to approve mine since I have waited that long i would have gotten a 10yr,but am happy to get the approval.
