I485 interview
i just checked my USCIS account and on the I485 i see that even my interview is scheduled on october 3/2024 it is marked as completed and it says next step case decisionstarted. Can anybody explain it to me what does this mean as i didnt still have my interview so why it is checked as completed? thank you all in advance !

they might waived your interview, so they could move to next step which is completed

Same thing happened to my friend. You ll receive your interview letter in the mail then later attend interview, before decision making.

@bona bona this happens every time an interview is scheduled. the system thinks that because it’s been scheduled that step is complete. it’s not actually complete until you go to the interview. so you need to attend it and then you’ll get a decision.
