same happened to me. I got approved 3 days ago and my husband’s is still at “case remains pending”. lawyer says it’s normal and the approval should come soon @Ank G

@Carla S which FO was your case in? mine is at seattle local FO, its super slow. my lawyers just filed an inquiry with USCIS for my spouse. that should probably expedite

it was approved at NBC. at some point it went to non local fo in New Jersey, where status changed to CRP and supplement J was approved, but after that it return to NBC and remained there @Ank G I’m seeing lots of approvals in the last days so it’s moving. fingers crossed for yours 🤞🏼🤞🏼

yes we just did it and have answer last Friday, Uscis said they will be scheduled interview for my wife at local Field. @Phan Le , we contact our senator and we have answered in 5 days.

we don’t have scheduled yet, but the senator letter says will be a interview. all good buddy, soon you’re ready approved my attorney say, questions will be about the marriage, kids, statements under both names. and stuff like that.
