i have sponser . I'm registered nurse and my friends who applied in same process under premium process had no PD . not sure why but other friends without premium process they got PD . not sure why

@j m it depends some predict june visa bulletin will move 1 month others say it will retrogress more so who knows. The only thing I am sure of is when the new fiscal year arrives (Oct) that I am pretty sure it will have a big movement

@J A @N F I’m also RN. I applied my application concurrently on Oct,31,2022. my I-140 got approved in Nov,2022. Fingerprint was done in NOv,2022. my case got transferred to NBC in Dec,2022. then it got transferred to FO in Santa Ana-Ca on March 9,2023. Emma told me my interview is waved. on May 4th i also received the update that case is pending. I’m from iran. I don’t understand the visa bulletin. can someone please explain it to me. when would I be current?

@N F I applied for eb3-unskilled. My case also updated to show CRP 20 days ago. My PO date is Jan 5th 2022. Is my PO current as of now or not? I don’t know how to check if my PO is current or not?

@EB3 Unskilled your final action date for may visa bulletin is jan 2020 so you are looking at 2yrs backlog unless your are china or india which is 2015 and 2012

@J A Thank you for the response. I am not from China or India. Does 2 years backlog means I will have to wait atleast 2 years?

@EB3 Unskilled i cannot really say it depends on the visa bulletin movement. As of june prediction, there will be further retrogression I expect it to really move on October as it is the start of the fiscal year. It is a supply and demand chart so it is so hard to predict.
