Case remains pending!
Hey just want to see how many of us are in the same boat! got current 1 Jan 2026. Case remains pending. file is in national benefits center! plz coment if you are current and in nbc. also what do you gyz think when they are going to start working all these files that are in nbc and recently got current!

@Eb3 unskilled AR it is till within processing time :) got transferred to a non local FO last month. so it is in motion

@Eb3 unskilled AR I did. I opened a case inquiry over three months ago and even contacted my Congressman, but nothing happened. My case has been at the NBC for over four years with no interview—only fingerprints taken more than four years ago too. They requested updated medical information two years ago. I just had a baby and I am planning not to return to work.

@Mariana Ribeiro sure! through Canda a couple times and then through Miami the rest of the times. I am also going to Costa Rica for work next week and Canada week after, its all good as long as you bring the documents
