- You must obtain an approved status from Lawfully before your submission on the USCIS website
- You must submit the Lawfully-approved application on the USCIS website
- You must enter your case receipt number on Lawfully
- You must handle all RFEs with Lawfully
- You must submit refund requests within 30 days of the denial and attach a copy of the denial letter from the USCIS.
- Denial due to your failure to respond timely to an RFE or inquiry from the USCIS does not qualify for a refund.
- Government fees are not refundable.
