parents petitions were approved!!

best birthday and Valentine’s Day gift- my parents I -130 were approved on Friday!! found out by accident, because lawfully for some reason is not updating their cases, I went to case tracker app and saw that their petitions are being actively reviewed as of Friday, sure enough approval notices are under documents. so advise track your cases in multiple places!!

I 485 PD 4/13/2021 NBC...waiting

US citizen filed for parents Has anyone got any response for their AOS I 485 from NBC with PD around 4/13/2021? i had my fingerprints done in August 2021..after that ...nothing. I had no idea that Parents Green Card also takes that long. anyone with similar experience? thank you

interview cancelled twice

my interview has been scheduled and cancelled twice because there may have been cross contamination of personally identifiable information on my account with someone who has the same name, birthday and country of origin. I don’t know what to do it’s been 2 months since they cancelled my interview and I’m stuck in limbo and one lawyer is telling me to sue them but I don’t know if that will even work. please help!
