How long did it take to get approved after interview. ?? What field office ?

thank you so much! i send all the forms and documents together to Chicago Illinois, im in florida and my office here is oakland park,m. my field office is California.

my interview was 20 of december 2021 i was given the interview appoinment the 1st of november 2021 and get a decision ok the 9th of february 2022.

for the interview questions they divided the interview in 2 different parts.. the one that make them aprove the relationship and the one that make them know you havent done any illegal procedure.

is just like how do i met my husband, when, who we live with, they ask for the people that appear on the pictures we gave them. and if you have or not work… like the same questions of the I 485 yes or no.

so @asaretalvarado it was 1 month and 2. weeks

@Manuela Gonez my FO is the same . I had an intevriew 2 weeks ago and still no respond. What you were told when the officer complitef your iv ? Thank u

@Jude Love it went well but I was not told anything except can take up to 120 days for respond . I have been here on different kind of visasI guess that is playing a rule in terms of approval on spot or not

Maja, they told me that they aproved my relationship, that she have to double check my entrance to the united states so she can uplod and aproved that i was legally here, she said that the same day she was going to do it but i get a response 1 month and a half later! just patience … wait for it

i think they have a lot of cases and also covid and holidays make them delay all the stuff! also when i call for info they say thet have 14 months to give me a response 😂 so the times they say are so long ! trust 💫
