can your i-485 be denied even when your i-130 is approved..
hello everyone,i just have these to ask,please is it possible that your i-485 can be denied even when your i-130 has been approved? just curious! thanks

yes, because they are two different applications. you can put in another i-485 .

hello people please let’s be happy..thank you all for the answer,i was just asking cos wen my first application was denied it was my i-130 then automatically every other stuff like the i-765 and I-485 was denied immmidiately so seeing that the i-130 is the captain and my has been approved I was just trying to see if it’s possible to have the i-485 denied..I have gone for interview so am just waiting..thank you all
