I called USCIS and explained about my situation… 1. financial impact on Company 2. financial impact on personal life 3. lastly line of work these points are discussed during the call with agent

how long did it take to get a response? mines been assigned to an officer 20 days ago 🤦🏽‍♂️

I believe so many unfair decisions from USCIS… people who applied before me they got the GC but I am still waiting

we are also filled EB 1 categories but still waiting I don’t know what to do it’s already 220 days our biometric date is 26 nov 2021 .

@Minakkshi … we are in the same boat, if I compare the timeline with yours then it’s only two day differences… I didn’t get the GC or EAD card … I just put a expedite request on my wife’s EAD and it’s approved today

oh wow we got the exact same PD, oct 22 and bio november 24 as well

the ones who filed their cases in Oct are getting approved

yes I also heard about that one of my friend they got GC last week even though they filled there application after me like one month after but they got GC last week 😢

nope I didn’t get any request for support documents
