RENEWED EAD APPROVED!!! I-485 & I-130 pending
my I-765 was approved yesterday but my I-130 I don’t see no update on that, I thot they use to approve them together? plus my I-485 &I-130 still pending,

rfe sent -aug 22 have reply the rfe since then I heard nothing, so I renew my I-765 on JANUARY 20 got approved today.
my question is does that mean they leave my case unattended to or will this EAD renewal will help my case? should I be expecting smth soon

Hi guys! we got approved for our I-130 in Potomac after 11 months and a week! we received a second notice of “Actively Reviewed” and I was so confused so I did a little search on this app and Google and saw when you get a second notice, they usually accept you the day after!
I joined a Facebook group for Potomac Petitioners and It really helped! I’m sure there is a group for every center :)
Now onto phase 2! This waiting is very difficult, hang in there everyone! Soon youll be writing your own case approved post!

can I start to apply for job now?
I have been hesitant about if I should start to apply for a job now. Because the jobs I am going to apply for all requir reference letter from old boss. I worry if I ask for reference letter and apply for a job then USCIS somehow makes mistakes and don’t give me the EAD card. My case got approved on Saturday and it says they card is been produced. I don’t know should I keep waiting or what. I don’t know how long I need to wait more.

After many days of waiting my case was updated to a new card being produced, this is the renewal request. I requested the travel authorization along with the work permit but there was no update on the travel petition, is this normal? Did it happen to anyone and when the card arrived did the advance parole already come?

I’m really thankful to God for every single thing and the ones behind the filing process too.
Lessons I learnt on here:
Everyone’s case Is different even if you have the same PD, FO, category, I found myself wanting to relate with cases that I felt were similar to mine and it didn’t go that way at all.
Take a break from here if you can, so you won’t feel downcasted and indifferent.
People are always ready to help. Throw out the questions you have.
I pray everyone’s waiting would end in Victory. God has done it already!!

Primary Approved, Dependent Pending?
Hi Lawfully community!
I have a question regarding joint I-485 application (primary and one adult dependent). I got my decision couple days ago, but not my spouse. Previously we always got receipts / notifications / medical RFE at the same time, so this situation got me wondering.

Hi everyone.
