Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience with the USCIS. I have been waiting for EAD card for 15 months. 2 expedite requests :one denial in September, another one was filled in January approval on March 4 th 2022. AP is still pending. Hope it will be helpful #i-765 #NIW #expedite

I guess I mentioned that I am a medical personal that has a job offer ,whereas first time I was more focusing on Financial hardship

it also looks like you were outside of the normal processing times now so maybe that helped

My request was automatically declined without any request for evidence in September. Second time , they requested an evidence. Maybe it helped
