Primary Approved, Dependent Pending?
Hi Lawfully community!
I have a question regarding joint I-485 application (primary and one adult dependent). I got my decision couple days ago, but not my spouse. Previously we always got receipts / notifications / medical RFE at the same time, so this situation got me wondering.
Does any of you experienced this kind of processing time difference with your dependent? Let me know, thank you!

happened to me as EB2 NIW - I got a proved first and my wife dependent got approved 6 weeks after - so don’t worry it will come

Happened to me - my husband got approved and 4 weeks later my I-485 was transferred to another office from Nebraska for processing- still waiting

@KA firstly congrats for approval for primary i hope the dependent will get approve soon, can you plz share first 5-6 digits of your reciept number.

@Syed it's LIN212085 but I'm not sure if it means anything, my husband's number and mine has ~ 40 difference FYI
