Finally after so much waiting, we received the news that we were waiting for: We got the I-601 waiver approved March 3, 2022!!! Receipt date June 21, 2021; it was for unlawful presence. I tell you all so you don't get discouraged and don't lose faith in God that the time will come soon, Blessings to all. 🙏🏽😃

EAD approval!
Just want to share my timeline to give someone hope. PD June 29,2021. Bio Oct 8….Expedited EAD on January 11 but nothing was done. Expedited again February 17 & EAD was approved February 18 without asking for evidence. Received EAD February 26. Didn’t wait for USCIS to send my SSN so I had made an appointment with SSA & my appointment was on February 28. Received my SSN March 8. It has been a rough journey as I’ve been depressed many days but I’m in a better mental state now :)

combo card
for those who got approved for their I765 and I131 when the system update to card mailed did you get a tracking number and also did the system update both profile that card mail or just for the I765. I got approved for both but I’m only seeing update on the I765 that card mail and nothing for the I131.
Expedite dependent's combo card but main applicant's card is approved
Hi everyone, My husband and I concurrently filed I-140, I-485, I-765 and I-131. As a dependent I've been expediting my combo card (EAD + AP) due to job loss. Finally I wasn't denied immediately this time and my case status was updated to "Request for additional information received" and "Expedite request received". Today my husband's I-765 case got updated to "New card is being produced". Nothing for me. My husband has never expedited his case. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Did USCIS make a mistake and approve my spouse's case instead of mine? Or do they usually approve combo cards for applicant and dependents altogether once expedited? Please help thank you very much!
