I would like to know, if My student visa is appoved, how longo should I stayed at the University I choose to chance to anothee one. I applyed to study in Miami, But now I would like to study in North Carolina.
Also, can I change the career?

I literally joined this group yesterday after seeing stories on google search. Last night around 3am I was up just reading everyones stories and experience. Before I fell asleep I said a prayer asking God to please send me approval because I need it. Went on a job interview today and was scheduled for a second interview tomorrow. All I was thinking is what will I tell the people when they say you are hired 😭😭 a few moments later I saw a notificaton from lawfully. “your case status changed from Received to Decision”. God is sooo good I am crying tears of joy. To everyone waiting trust in God and believe your approval is coming soon.

July '21 filer EAD finally approved. No expedite request sent
Finally my EAD has been approved. I am over the moon. I even deleted lawfully for a few days just to maintain my sanity. lol....

my I-765 was approved yesterday but my I-130 I don’t see no update on that, I thot they use to approve them together? plus my I-485 &I-130 still pending,

rfe sent -aug 22 have reply the rfe since then I heard nothing, so I renew my I-765 on JANUARY 20 got approved today.
my question is does that mean they leave my case unattended to or will this EAD renewal will help my case? should I be expecting smth soon

Hi guys! we got approved for our I-130 in Potomac after 11 months and a week! we received a second notice of “Actively Reviewed” and I was so confused so I did a little search on this app and Google and saw when you get a second notice, they usually accept you the day after!
I joined a Facebook group for Potomac Petitioners and It really helped! I’m sure there is a group for every center :)
Now onto phase 2! This waiting is very difficult, hang in there everyone! Soon youll be writing your own case approved post!
